Training with Allan @ IET ---Sprained Ankle
Yikes....it feels like I just recovered from an injury...wait...I did! Spring Track season, crazy injury with my "IT Band"...was that painful, weeks of not being able to run. It was agony, I really wanted to run, but my parents and my trainer told me I had to wait and heal correctly. I was able to run at the end of the season, but my times were not impressive. I worked really hard this summer with my trainer Allan and I was ready for Field Hockey season, another favorite sport.
Last week I sprained my ankle, but even-though the doctor said I should be ok to play once the swelling went down, it still hurts and Allan suggested I wait another week. Good Advice Allan...Sorry Lady Whalers...but I will be loudest cheerleader routing you on....
Take a look at my training section with Allan work on some exercises for my Ankle.
