STATE HERE I COME!

My goal was beat the East Hampton school record set 17 years ago and to qualify to compete at the State championship and last night my dreams came true on both goals for the 2015-2016 winter track season. 7.40 another PR this season. Special thanks to my parents, my East Hampton coaches, my trainer Allan, and Mike Strockbine.

My heart is still racing...heck yeah!!! STATES HERE I COME.... Best part is I get to go with some really cool girls that I have trained with for the last 3 years... Jackie Ginty from East Islip who took 1st place and Alexandra Greaves from Walt Whitman who took 2nd place.

My mom saw this and sent to me...

The hours of training put in for 1 good jump, 1 good throw, 1 good race... Makes the thrill of success that much sweeter. YES...very true

Sad my girl Tyra won't be traveling to State with me, but we are going to have a killer 4 x100 team for the Spring...looking forward to running with this girl for Spring Track.
