On Saturday, January 9th the 4 x 200 ran a personal best time of 1:52.50
setting a new school record at East Hampton High School, placing 48th out of
106 teams... I anchored and my split was 26.284 a personal best for me.
Although we did not win, this was a personal victory for the team, looking
forward to league championships. Click on link to see the video of the race.
